    Home Open Enrollment

    The Health Insurance Open Enrollment Period has started! If you don’t have health insurance through a job, Medicare, Medicaid, or another program, this is your chance to shop for insurance on the Health Insurance Marketplace.

    The enrollment period is November 1st, 2025 to January 15th, 2026.

    • Enroll by December 15th, 2025 for coverage starting January 1st, 2026.
    • Enroll by January 15th, 2026 for coverage starting February 1st, 2026.

    NOELA can help you get enrolled! Call us at 504 255-8665, or scan the QR code with your phone to register. If you have questions about Medicare or Medicaid, we can help with those too!

    You will need to bring certain documents to your appointment to enroll:

    If you have Medicaid: 

    • Social Security numbers for all members of your household
    • Income information (Pay stubs, W2s, etc.)
    • Proof of citizenship/Immigration status

    If you are Uninsured:

    • Social Security numbers for all members of your household
    • Date of birth
    • Income information for all members of your household (Pay stubs, W2s, etc.)
    • Proof of citizenship/Immigration status
    • Any current health insurance policy numbers/information, and information about job-related insurance.

    If you are insuring Dependents: 

    • Proof of legal relationship (Marriage Certificate, etc.)
    • Birth Certificate
